“Top from the first consultation to the end. I was first sent shock absorbers for the front, which I fitted myself. When I was still not 100% convinced, I was advised to increase the preload of the torsion bars. As I am a fussy motorhome driver and also come from the automotive industry, I asked Mr Urban to take a look at my Concorde from the perspective of a suspension specialist.
After I had arrived the day before and, out of the blue, my starter battery had given up the ghost, the appointment for the suspension check got off to a good start. Marquart picked me up together with the nearby Mercedes workshop, swapped the shock absorbers with me until I was finally satisfied and finally took back the previously installed shock absorbers. This company continues to optimise until the customer drives home satisfied.
