“Hello Mr Ostermann, I’d now like to give you some feedback following the fitting of your shock absorbers. We’ve been travelling around south-eastern Europe for a few weeks now and the shock absorbers have been put through their paces. As far as we’re concerned, they’re a complete success! We no longer experience any knocking. The suspension is much more comfortable than before. And the roads in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria are, in places, really very poor.
