A woman and her lorry
Carmen La Tanik tours, performs and puts on her shows in her purple 7.5-tonne camper van on its truck-stage, presenting a wild mix of visual theatre and autobiographical comedy. The only problem was that the vehicle rocked about enormously. That’s how she ended up at Marquart. Now the rocking has come to an end.
The Great Journey – next stop Cape Town
Tanja and Denis Katzer have been travelling together for over 35 years – across almost every continent. Initially by public transport, bicycle and on camels; since 2018, in an Iveco Daily 4x4 expedition vehicle. This was fitted with Marquart shock absorbers. Denis explains what was important to them in this regard.
